Oyster Mushrooms Garlic Butter Pasta:
Fresh Oyster Mushrooms
Angel Hair Pasta
Red Pepper Flakes
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook your pasta and rinse and put on the side.
Rinse your mushrooms and chop them up. Chop your onions and garlic. Heat your skillet, add olive oil, add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes, add oyster and cook for additional 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic, butter, black pepper and stir for additional 3 minutes- add pasta, hint of salt and top off with fresh chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.

Fresh oyster mushrooms
Sunflower oil/Oil of your choice for frying
Sweet Sour Dipping Sauce
Garlic Chili Sauce
Rinse your mushrooms, dry and squeeze out extra water and dry with paper towel.
Mix all the seasonings with flour.
Bring your oil to high heat.
Start frying your oyster mushrooms until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Mix garlic chili and sweet and sour dipping sauces to have a sauce that offers sweetness at the same time some heat.
Dip mushrooms in the dipping sauce and enjoy!
